PORT

Post-overdose response team (PORT) responds to non-fatal overdoses in 24-72 hours of notification, providing onsite initiation of buprenorphine, naloxone distribution and education, and direct access to care, treatment, and wrap-around services with patient consent. If you know someone needing support with treatment or recovery, PORT also accepts community referrals.
